Pathways by Pencils to People is a tool developed to connect high-school and college students with employers across Hawaiʻi. This provides students with paid real-work experiences and it provides employers with increased youth engagement. Our organization's end goal with this program is to connect prospective students with representatives from many different fields across Hawai'i.
